The Ilocos Norte Tourism, Trade & Investment Council (INTTIC) was founded in 2004 by Ilocos Norte Governor Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. for the purpose of promoting tourism, trade and investment in the province.

It operates under Gameng , a non-stock, non-profit organization which currently manages the Ilocos Norte museum.

INTTIC works hand in hand with government by proposing projects as well as assisting in the dissemination of information required by various sectors interested in developing the province.
